Aid and Subsidies
New paragraph Esisa since its creation, how could it be otherwise, has been actively collaborating in all the aid programs that have been launched in all the years since the Ministry of Development and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía, such as the Transformation of the Infravivienda, the Rehabilitation of homes and common areas of buildings through state and regional programs, housing adaptation works for people with reduced mobility; aid for the promotion of emancipation by subsidizing up to 210 euros of income to children under 30 years of age; subsidies to the payment of the rent for people at risk of social exclusion, with limited income, etc…

This collaboration has materialized in the advice to the possible beneficiaries of the same in the procedures to follow from the beginning of the procedure with the presentation of the request for the aid, until the effective collection of the same, advising them and in the vast majority of the cases, facilitating the presentation of your file by sending them to the Delegation of Development and Housing.

Some of these programs required the signing of a Collaboration Agreement with the Ministry of Development and Housing itself and that Esisa has signed when it has been appropriate.

After some time without rental assistance, in 2014, the rental assistance for people who were in a situation of special vulnerability was convened by the Junta de Andalucía, in the sense of significant problems of default, possible evictions or serious economic situations This call was a success, since very complicated situations were resolved or alleviated.

For this reason, in 2015 the aid to persons with limited income, which meant 40% aid for the payment of income, was also convened by the Junta de Andalucía, being also a successful call, Esisa acting as manager of said aid , serving as a transmitter with our tenants, information, processing and collection of aid. As in the previous one, many problems were solved, especially of people with debts for non-payment of income.

In the past year, in BOJA no. 126, dated July 4, 2016, published the Order of June 29, 2016, approving the regulatory basis for the granting of competitive assistance, for rental of housing to persons in vulnerable situations or with limited income in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

In this way, as always, the company contacted in writing, with all our tenants, to communicate the call and offering them the necessary collaboration to process their requests. The non-tenant individuals of Esisa were also treated by giving them all the necessary information.

The processing is being carried out in a normal way, following the established deadlines, and the procedure established by the regulations. The aid to be received is generally 40% of the amount of the rent paid by the tenant, although it can reach up to 80% in case of being in a situation of special vulnerability. This circumstance must be accredited, previous valuation by the social services.

For 2017, no call for aid has yet been opened, which at the time of publication will also be published on our website and social networks, in order to reach the maximum number of people, so that they can enjoy Such aids.
